Q: How long do I have to return an item?
A: You’ve got 14 days from the delivery date to request a return! 🕑
- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging (tags attached!), and in resellable condition (no scratches, odors, or pet hair confetti!).
- Exceptions: We can’t accept returns for items damaged by pets or improper use (like a pup’s chew-tastic adventure!).

- Custom items (personalized engravings, photo prints – we made them just for you!).
- Sale/clearance items (marked “Final Sale” – they’re already priced to wag tails!).
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Let’s keep it fair! 💌
- We pay if it’s our oopsie (wrong item, defect, or damage during shipping).
- You pay for “just not my style” returns.
- Local returns: Use any carrier (costs vary by service).
- International pals: Sadly, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for international orders. But email us – we’ll brainstorm solutions! 🌍
Q: When will I get my refund?
A: Once your return arrives at our warehouse (and passes our snuggle-check 🧐), we’ll process refunds in 5 business days. 💸
- Refund method: Goes back to your original payment.
